Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how TxnHub LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with Odin and related websites, communications, and support. For Customer Data that TxnHub LLC processes on behalf of a customer organization, the customer is generally the controller or business and TxnHub LLCacts as processor or service provider under the Data Processing Addendum.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account and profile information, such as name, email address, organization, role, timezone, and preferences.
  • Authentication and billing information handled through providers such as Clerk and Stripe.
  • Customer Data uploaded to Odin, including deal records, contacts, diligence documents, financial materials, prompts, notes, and generated outputs.
  • Usage, device, log, and diagnostic information, such as IP address, browser, pages viewed, features used, timestamps, and error logs.
  • Communications with TxnHub LLC, including support, sales, feedback, and security messages.
  • Information from connected or third-party services if a user or customer chooses to enable them.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, secure, troubleshoot, and support Odin.
  • Authenticate users, administer organizations, process billing, and communicate about accounts.
  • Run AI-assisted features that users invoke, including document analysis, deal summaries, scoring support, chat, and draft work product.
  • Improve Odin using aggregated, de-identified, or workspace-scoped operational information, subject to Customer agreements.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of law or contract.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements.

4. AI Features

When a user invokes an AI feature, relevant prompts, documents, deal context, and outputs may be sent to TxnHub LLC's AI subprocessors for inference. AI outputs are drafts for human review and are not investment, legal, tax, accounting, or compliance advice.

TxnHub LLC does not use Customer Data to train third-party foundation models and does not sell Customer Data.

5. How We Share Information

  • Within a customer's workspace according to organization roles and permissions.
  • With service providers and subprocessors that help deliver Odin, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
  • With professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and legal representatives.
  • In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
  • When required by law, legal process, or to protect TxnHub LLC, customers, users, or others.
  • At a customer's or user's direction, including integrations or exports.

6. Cookies and Analytics

Odin uses necessary cookies for authentication, security, session management, and core functionality. TxnHub LLC may use limited first-party analytics to understand product usage and improve performance. TxnHub LLC does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Retention and Deletion

TxnHub LLC keeps personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, the applicable agreement, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, and backups. Customer Data is retained during the subscription, made available for export for 30 days after termination where feasible, and then deleted from active systems according to TxnHub LLC's standard deletion process and backup lifecycle.

8. Security

TxnHub LLC uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the Service, including encryption in transit, managed encryption at rest, tenant isolation, role-based access controls, logging, backups, and vendor review. No system is perfectly secure, and customers remain responsible for user access, endpoint security, and the data they choose to upload.

9. Privacy Rights

Depending on location, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information. Requests can be sent to privacy@txnhub.app. If a request relates to Customer Data controlled by a customer organization, TxnHub LLCmay refer the request to that customer or act on the customer's instructions.

10. International Transfers

TxnHub LLC is based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other countries where TxnHub LLC or its service providers operate. Where required, TxnHub LLC uses appropriate transfer safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum, as described in the Data Processing Addendum.

11. Children

Odin is not directed to children under 16, and TxnHub LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes and Contact
